Each man has his characteristics and weaknesses
Which are all, before they are and therefore actually not his,
But merely reflections of ratios and events.

It is enough if he is aware of them and admits them to himself.

He thus unbinds from them,
For all the characteristics at this time begin,
Once they are recognized, automatically falling away.

With denial man identifies the weaknesses with his own name,
Thus becoming their eternal owner and prisoner.
